Course Objectives:

This course provides students with theory, and basic knowledge and skills necessary to safely handle, load, fire and unload pump action or semi-auto shotguns.  Students will be guided through various shotgun types and equipment functionality options, with explanations and demonstrations of the capabilities, and the pros and cons of each will be covered.

You will be engaged in both classroom and on-range format in a safe and relaxed learning environment.  Students will be guided through an overview of club rules, safe shotgun handling procedures, target engagement, and dry-fire and live-fire exercises/drills to increase shooter comfort level and develop a solid skill base.
