All about Crumlin

Crumlin Sportsmen's Association is a private club owned by the membership.  Crumlin does not offer No day use or walk-on privileges.  Refer to guest policy at the bottom of this page for more details.

Crumlin Sportsmen's Association was established in 1947 and has grown into one of the best shooting clubs in the region. Our range and clubhouse facilities are located at 3384 Gore Road in London, Ontario, Canada. (Next to the eastern City Limits)

Crumlin has over 1,400 members who are active in most shooting disciplines, including trap, skeet, pistol, rifle, black powder, air and archery. In addition to regular casual shooting, we regularly host competitive events in all disciplines that draw participants from across the province and beyond.

Clubhouse Canteen and Meeting hall

Range 1 Indoor--handgun, air pistol, 22 LR rifle, PCC (22 rimfire, 9mm, 40 S&W, 45 ACP)
  • range 1 indoor 20 yard 7 lanes with turning targets

Ranges 2 & 3 Shotgun Clays (check shot size limits)

  • Range 2, 5 Trap Fields
  • Range 3: 2 Skeet Fields
  • Range 3: One 5-Stand with nine stationery traps and one portable trap throwing a variety of clays

Range 4, Rifle including Centre fire, Rim fire, Black Powder and carbines

  • Fixed firing line only--no standing! NO firearms downrange!
  • range 4:  - 50, 100 and 200 yard sitting bench-rest and prone (100 & 200 yard steel gongs) 

Ranges 5A & 5B: Handgun & Rifle including centre fire, Rim fire and Black Powder

  • Fixed firing line only, NO firearms downrange
  • Range 5A:  - 25 and 50 yard Bench rest and Off hand. 20 stations,  (turning targets at 25 yards)
  • Range 5a - shotgun at last position on south end of bench (nearest range 4) using the fencing as a target backer
  • Range 5B:  - 15 and 20 yard fixed firing line range for handguns, rim fire rifle, PCC. No centre fire rifle

Range 6 : Black Powder, Rifle, PCC

  • range 6:  - 25 and 50 yard  5 station bench rest and Off hand. (No handguns on Range 6)

Ranges 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,12 & 13 Action Ranges (Requires Club approved Range Officer to use) 

       Disciplines include: Cowboy, IDPAIPSC, Multi-gun and PPC
  • Range 7: 25 metre action range (rifle, shotgun, handgun, PCC)
  • Range 8: 25 metre action range includes bunker with duelling tree and falling plates (rifle, shotgun, handgun, PCC)
  • Range 9: 20 metre action range (rim fire rifle, shotgun, handgun, PCC)
  • Range 10: 30 metre action range (rifle, shotgun, handgun, PCC)
  • Range 11: 30 metre action range (rifle, shotgun, handgun, PCC)
  • Range 12: 15 metre action range (rim fire rifle, shotgun, handgun, PCC)
  • Range 13: 30 metre action range (rifle,shotgun, handgun,PCC)

Archery #1 and Archery 3D
  • Archery 1    Dual Field Butts @ 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 & 70 metres
  • Archery 3-D 20 Station/Targets in woodland walking course

Ammo Restrictions

Range #1 (Indoor)

  • Centrefire Pistol rounds must be plated or jacketed
  • CAST LEAD AMMO IS NOT PERMITTED
  • Centrefire Rifle rounds not permitted

Range #2 (Shotgun only)

  • Shot size limited to maximum  # 7 1/2

Range #3 (Shotgun only)

  • Shot size limited to maximum  #9

Range #4

  • No steel core bullets (projectiles), steel cased bullets (projectile), armour piercing, tracer rounds or shotgun slugs to be shot at bunkered steel gongs.

Range #8 Shotgun, Rifle & Pistol

  • Bunkered steel limited to pistols calibres only! No armour piercing rounds, tracers, shotgun slugs or rifle calibre rounds to be used on any steel targets.

Guest policy

Guests are welcome at Crumlin Sportsmen's Association. Guests may use the facilities only when accompanied by a club member. Club members are responsible for actions of their guest. Guests are permitted 4 visits lifetime. All members and guests must follow all federal, provincial and club rules and regulations.
 
Club members are limited to the number of guests they can invite (at any one time) based on how they have been a member at Crumlin.
New member, for less that 6 months - No Guests.
New member, 6 months to 1 year - 1 Guest.
Member for more than 1 year - 2 guests
